Subhash Mann has been working globally in Quality Management in Food Industry since 1994 on managerial positions. Born in India, Subhash possesses Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Dairy Science and Technology from National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, India, an international pioneer research institute of dairying. In add-on, Subhash is credited with numerous Food Safety Management Systems Certifications notably SQF and HACCP from SQFI, USA and Silker, USA. Compliance of current techniques in quality management and regulatory with multi food sectors processing companies globally viz. dairy, bakery, airline food service, organic egg and seafood has been the notable achievement of Subhash Mann since completion of his education. Currently, Subhash is working as Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance with Bar Harbor Seafood Company and lives in Orlando, Florida, USA as permanent resident of USA.
